Duct Tape Party
Frank's mom Lea is hosting a duct tape party tonight. One of the most anticipated events at Global Finals is the 3M Costume Ball. More commonly referred to as the "Duct Tape Ball", lots of kids make costumes made of or embellished with duct tape. We'll post some pics of the party now, but you'll have to wait until Thursday to see the finished costumes.
